  SPJ Group is looking for Marketing & HR Admin Executive



Job Description

Candidate must have a Regular Studies from reputed University Any Graduate and MBA in Marketing & HR with 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, HR and Administration Activities. Must be very good in verbal and written Hindi & English language. Should have excellent communication skills.

Age should be below 40 years.
Candidates staying in Noida/ Delhi will be preferred

Job Responsibility-

Provides orientation for new employees by providing information about company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining signatures for documents.
Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit
Tracks Marketing team working by completing forms, reports, logs, and records of their daily working.
Able to do screening, and interviewing applicants.
Able to do joining and other formalities individually

Experienced to handle salary preparation part including deductions and performance.
Handle day to day operational & admin work i.e Leave, Attendance & other things to manage as per the business requirement.
Conducting training sessions/ presentations on new initiatives, policies and process as and when needed.
Able to do travelling to handle other branches performance of Marketing team & records also
