  XpressBees Logistics Solutions Pvt. Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description



This role is within SSTG (Shared Services Technology Group) which is under the Engineering Business Unit in Xpressbees. One will play a pivotal role and work collaboratively with Operations, Dev, QA, DB, Devops teams to solve complex challenges using key technologies and tools as levers.

Responsibilities -

Monitoring the Incident queue and resolve them within the TAT/SLA
Should be able to work on Priority issues individually and represent them in the bridge calls.

Performing the Product Categorization / Incident Categorization and sharing the details with next levels with basic findings (Logs, Issue details and DB status)

Ensuring the issues are escalated to Level 3 teams within the SLA.
Maintaining & updating knowledge based articles.
Able to follow the playbook for resolving the issues and enhancing it.
Able to help Jr. TSEs for new issues types and unblocking them.
Should be able to identify the areas for improvement and automation of manual tasks.
Should be able to handle escalations

Required Skill sets:

Ecomm and Logistics business domain knowledge
Working knowledge in any of the Databases like - MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle etc.
Knowledge on ITIL process - Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management
Knowledge of any programming language would be beneficial.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science or related field
3 to 5 years of IT experience

Technical Skills-

Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries.
Good understanding of Linux / Unix systems, expertise in log checking, file
navigation, SFTP and other important Unix commands.
Good knowledge on Shell / Perl Scripting/ its execution of the script.
Working knowledge on tools like - Any ticketing tool (JSM/Service Now..), OpsGene,
Grafana (any monitoring tools)

Behavioural Skills-

Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and peers to resolve issues.
Able to perform in a fast paced and time bound delivery oriented work environment
