Job Description	Candidates should be Any graduate or post graduate with 6 months to 3 years of experience in HR Assistance, Screening, HR Administration, Job Posting, Recruitment. Skills Required: Excellent writing skills. Good practical experience with online calendars and scheduling particularly Google Calendar Strong phone email and instant messaging communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Good practical experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets particularly MS Office - Process Management - Problem Solving - Unafraid to hustle, hustle, hustle Roles & Responsibilities: Handle recruitment for the company by calling candidates and scheduling the interviews. Organize communication via emails and phone calls Provide customer service as first point of contact Organize workshops and webinars with Colleges Assistance in social media for the company Conduct market research and report on the results Prepare presentations Help employees with their administrative queries Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. This position reports to the Head of Growth and Marketing and will be empowered to run projects on an individual and autonomous basis.
