  TUF Metallurgical Private Limited is looking for Executive - HR & Administration



Job Description

Candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in HR/ Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Attendance System, Induction, Onboarding, Leave Management, and General Administration. Must have excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities-

Maintain Personal File - Staff & Joining formalities.
Issue LOI, LOA, NDA, Confirmation, Deputation, others letter etc.
Employee Master Data updation.
Handling GMC & GPA (Medical Policy) & Practo medical app.
Working on HR Software.
Miscellaneous - Update emails and contact list etc.
Monthly Attendance, leave management, salary slips, DAR Status.

Check PF & ESIC Challan and send to consultant for processing.
Vendor Management ( Housekeeping, Security Services).
Handling Loan & Advance Process.
Assisting in Employee engagement activity
Circulate messages i.e - birthday, leave intimation etc.
Helping in policy and contract making.
MD sir - travel arrangement - as and when required.
