  CIEL HR Services Private Limited is looking for Executive Assistant (HR, Admin & Accounts)



Job Description

Candidate should have Graduation in B. Com or BBA with 1 to 2 Year experience specifically in recruitment
Skilled in Tally (and Eexcel)
English, Hindi & Marathi fluency in reading and writing
Job Located near Vashi

Job Duties & Responsibilities-

Single point of contact for recruiting new talent in the organisation.
Managing job portals, college recruitment, taking interviews for the first round of Recruitment.
1-2 year experience in Recruitment.
Maintaining office stationery & other supplies for smooth functioning of the organisation.
Maintaining day to day office accounts (preferably on tally in coordination with CA & auditors), company compliance (with CS) & looking after vendor bills process.

Managing travel, lodging & boarding for the official trips of the personnel.
Documentation for couriers, exchange of documents with legal & finance team, day to day tracking of office affairs, banking management & maintaining contact with regional offices of the company.
Vendor management for brand collateral printing
Attendance, payroll & appraisal management.
Scheduling meetings of executive directors & maintaining records of the same.

TIMING & LOCATION

Timings will be 10 AM to 7 PM (6 days, alternative Saturdays off)
Vashi, Navi Mumbai

SALARY/ COST TO COMPANY
2.0 3.0 lacs per annum
