Job Description	Candidate should be a Graduate with 1 to 3 years Work experience as an HR & Admin Executive, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role. Must have familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Basic knowledge of labour legislation. Should have experience using spreadsheets. Good verbal and written communication skills. Should have good organizational skills. Roles and Responsibilities- Recruitment, Training, development, Payroll, People and performance, Induction and Joining formalities. Day-to-day governance of HR Functions, Maintaining & executing HR policies of the company, Admin Managing all kinds of recruitment processes. Induction & joining formalities, introducing new joiners to their team & reporting manager. Regular interaction with the employees. Managing and resolving employees` issues and concerns. Interviewing the screened candidates on phone. Maintaining all confidential information in a professional manner and effectively Handled End to End Recruitment. Preparing appointment letters, offer letters, absconding letters, transfer letters & other letters. Prepare MIS of all personal records of staff with their salary, DOJ and allowances.. Keeping records of office staff, increment, transfer & resignation in excel. Coordinating with Director on different official schedules and meetings. You should have at least 1 year of experience in recruiting.
