Technical Support Engineer   




  John Salt Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description

Candidate should have 1+ years of experience into international voice technical support
Skillset IT Service Desk with basic knowledge of OS, Browsers, Email, Networks, ISP and VPN
Java, C++, programming, SQL, Javascript skills preferred

Relevant Role At least 1 years in voice based international tech support
Broad knowledge of computer technology

Bachelor of Science Degree preferred
BCA in Computers, B.Sc in Computers, B.Tech/ BE in Computers
Comfortable working in shifts, and US time zone
Good written and verbal communication skills - must have

Roles and Responsibilities-

Managing day to day activities for CTO.
Proactive thinking, good listening skills.
Incredible analytical and logical thinking.
Will act as bridge between CTO, management and client.
Taking notes, tracking to-dos and following up on action items

Taking minutes during meetings
Research complex cases for resolution using knowledge bases, documentation etc.
Collaborate with Product Development Managers
Able to troubleshoot and solve urgent, complex, and critical problems
