  Capgemini Technology Services India Limited is looking for Human Resource/ Admin Executive



Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Process HR transactions (e.g. joiners/leavers, time and attendance, right to work etc)
Process clients queries and escalations (via phone, chat and case management system)
Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures;
Organize knowledge sharing sessions internal and cross teams;
Successful process related problem solving;
Team back up structure monitoring;
Team workload monitoring and prioritizing;

Desired Candidate Profile

Ensure good business results;
Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan;
Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes;
HR master data management;
Reporting;

Shift- Rotational Night Shift
Notice Period- Immediate -15 Days max
