  HOOPERS Overseas Education is looking for HR/ Office Administrator (Interview)



Job Description

Recruitment:

Managing Talent acquisition including sourcing, interviewing, hiring and on boarding
Joining formalities and training to employees, Background verification of employees and references, Issuing offer, appointment, reliving letters for employees
Auditing performance of employees on monthly basis
Working on monthly Payroll
Attendance and leave Management
Conducting Exit interview and full and final settlement
Handling HR related issues
Handing all administration work like housekeeping arrangements, assets required etc.

Office Admin:

Handling front office responsibilities like: Receiving the guests, Answering calls and forwarding to the concern person, Assigning walk-insto concern counselors etc.
Communicating with IT department for any software related issues and testing once it is resolved

Social Media Account Handling:
Managing SMS/Email/Social Media Accounts and Campaigns

Accounts:
Handle the Payments and expenses
