  ACME Process Systems Private Limited is looking for HR & Admin Assistant



Job Description

Candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR Generalist Activities, HR Administration, Housekeeping Management and Administration Work. Must have excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibility-

Recruitment
Joining formalities/ Employee Exit.
Maintain employee Database
File Management (Maintain employee personal files with all relevant documentation)
Leave Management (Maintain Leave records, Leave cards, Attendance, Time Office, Travel, Hospitality and Vehicle Management.

Visa, Passport, Invitation Letters and Ticketing.
Pantry Management (Guest Management)
House Keeping Management
Entire administration of corporate Office (Stationary, Letter Head, ID cards etc.)
Timely payment of all the bills MSCB, landline , Mobile , Company credit card, Travel Bills etc
