Job Description	Candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Administration with an Ability to respond and resolve different work situations. All administrative activities of the company on a daily basis, Vendor management, Arrangement of events, Smooth and efficient operation and facility management, Handling situation-based admin works. Ability to collect quotations from various vendors as per the needs of the company, negotiate vigorously in obtaining best prices. Ability to establish performance monitoring system with KPIs, KRAs working with individual department managers and ensure all teams/departments are adhering to the system. Ability to guide, mentor and delegate work to HR and admin staff to accomplish the goals of HR department. Roles & Responsibilities- Capability to find resources to source the talent needs as per company requirements Ability to fill the positions in a timely manner as per growing demands of the company Capable to design and execute an impressive Induction program that will educate the new joiners of the company culture, policies, goals and philosophy Joining & Exit formalities Working with management team to deliver an excellent staff experience Payroll and Leave Management Statutory payments and maintenance of records Employee grievances & personal file management Manage employee relations/issues in a confident and confidential manner, including Disciplinary actions and grievance management and implementation of necessary policies and procedures.
