Usage of ERPs (HR related) Usage of SAP & HRMS tools MS Excel (Expertise in excel) Statutory Compliance Management for HMPL Follow right & defined process through the entire operations cycle Properly planned & executed On boarding & Induction for all new employees Performance Management System administration and execution
Operational Activities:
Attendance & Leave Management Appointment letters, Confirmations, etc.. General Administration Reports (MIS, Excel & Power point presentations) Exit Formalities & F&F Statutory Compliance Payroll Processing Employee Benefits
