Job Description

Openings for Multiple positions:

1. AD & O365 L3 Open positions 20
These positions will work in US/ Night shifts, position is based out of Pune, Mumbai & Bangalore, however can be considered for permanent work from home on a case to case basis. (Skills AD Replication troubleshooting, DFS, DFSR, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, GPO, O365 Migration, AD Connect, O365 troubleshooting)

2. AD & O365 L2 Open positions 20
These positions will work in US/Night shifts, position is based out of Pune, Mumbai & Bangalore.
(Skills AD Replication troubleshooting, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, GPO, & L1 in O365)

3. AD & Exchange L2 Open positions 5
These positions will work in rotational shifts 24*7, position is based out of Pune & Mumbai.
(Skills AD Replication troubleshooting, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, GPO, & L1 in Exchange)

4. Active Directory L3 Open Positions 10
Few positions are available for rotational shifts 24*7 and others for US/Night shifts.
(Skills AD Migration, AD Replication troubleshooting, DFS, DFSR, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, GPO)

5. Active Directory L2 Open Positions 5
These positions will work in rotational shifts 24*7, position is based out of Pune & Mumbai.
(Skills AD Replication troubleshooting, DFS, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, GPO)

6. Helpdesk L2/ Desktop Support L2 5 positions
These positions will work in US/Night shifts, position is based out of Pune, Mumbai & Bangalore.
(Skills Desktop troubleshooting, Window OS troubleshooting, Internet troubleshooting, Printer troubleshooting, Blue screen, IP Address, Basics of Active Directory, Basics of O365)

We have a cooling period of 90 days, pls do not apply for the same role within 90 days period, you can apply for alternate positions within ConnectWise requiring different skillsets.
