Candiidate should be Any Graduate/ MBA (HR) with 7+ years of experience in Recruitment & Selection, Statutory Compliance, Labour Laws, Contract Labour Management, Induction/ Orientation, Exit Formalities, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare. Must have excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities-

Recruitment & Selection, Induction/ Orientation.
Contract Labour Management.
Wages & salary administration,
Statutory compliance- EPF, ESI, GRATUITY, FACTORY Compliance, MINM WAGE , CLR.
