  Tech Mahindra Limited is looking for Technical Support Associate



Job Description

Candidate must have excellent verbal communication skill in English without major MTI for Voice process. Should have good knowledge of Operating Systems. Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions. Any Undergraduate, Graduate with 1 year of international voice experience are eligible to apply.

Multitasking and coordination skills,
Must be ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
Respond quickly to customer requests
Needs to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Working from Office
5 days working 2 rotational off
Comfortable to work in rotational shifts
Technical Background preferred
