Job Description	We are looking for self-starting, innovative and ambitious recent graduates who are passionate about the HR field and would like to work in a fast-paced, high-growth international environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Regional HR Manager APAC, UK & Israel to assist with administrative tasks of the HR Department. Candidate should have Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources Management or other business fields Basic knowledge of Excel is required formulas, pivot tables, filtering Should have basic financial and business acumen Ability to manage and oversee several activities at once A desire for continuous development and learning opportunities Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills Quick learner, proactive, good at researching and finding solutions Able to work with tight deadlines and is result oriented Excellent communication and presentation skills in English Key Responsibilities- Support in on-boarding new joiners coordinate in acquiring the necessary documentation and tools to permit the new joiner to work, as per local regulations Support and coordinate with bank representatives for bank account opening and maintain a checklist Support with monthly leave and attendance tracking and reports Support and coordinate with local compliance partners and maintain a checklist Coordinate to obtain medical insurance for new and existing employees Support in off-boarding employees coordinate in acquiring the necessary documentation Assist and coordinate for the team offsite Assist and coordinate with travel booking and VISA arrangements Assist with other day-to-day administrational tasks of the office
