Key Responsibilities-
Execute stop salary action in SAP.
Managing employee queries.
Preparing & sharing data for various Audits during the year and providing documents of samples to Auditors.
Preparing the Payroll Inputs
Validation of Payroll Inputs
Validation of Payroll Output
Managing Post Payroll activities
Providing Support to all type of Audits
Supporting cross functional activities within HR Operations
Supporting HR Projects
