Job Description

Candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word is must. Should have good communication skills and 1 to 2 years of experience in Backend/ MIS/ HR related process will be useful.

Roles and Responsibilities-

Completing Joining Formalities of New Joinees, Employee Documentation, Employee Database Updation and Management, Handling Employee queries Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Attendance and Leave Management.
