Job Description

We at Creative Lipi Webtech Private Limited have an urgent opening for a Blended Process which involves both Tele-calling and backend.

Candidate is expected to be proficient in written and verbal communication skills
Responsible for making calls to new & existing clients
Prior Experience on E commerce platform is highly preferable.
Candidate should be Hardworking, self-motivated & quick learner
Should be able to apply analytical skills.

Should be able to handle client complaint, Identify customer needs with quick response time.
Applicant should possess strong Email handling skills.
Good knowledge of the web applications and their functioning (Internet & Search Engines).
Knowledge of MS Office/ Excel will be an added advantage.
Must have good convincing skills.

Candidate from BPO, KPO, Sales, Ecommerce industry can apply
