We at Apogee HR Solutions Private Limited have an immediate opening for a leading MNC in Hyderabad.
Educational Qualification- Any Graduate (Mandatory) Experience- 0 to 2 years experience in Customer Support/ Technical Support International customer service experience catering US geography.
Provide functional and /or Technical support for resolution of customer problems, incident, issues, requests and queries. Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve request/ issues in a timely manner. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all intendents primarily are focused on customer contact.
CTC- Up to 20 K Shift- Rotational shift with 2 way cab available Position- Contract to hire Vartual mode of interview.
