Job Description

We at Savi Infoservices (India) Private Limited have an urgent requirement for Front Office Executive/ Assistant.

Candidate should be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Draft emails/ letters on relevant matters in consultation with Reporting person. Collating reports/ data and analyzing and presenting. Required excellent written & verbal Communication.

Experience required- 0 to 1 Years
Ready to work in Night Shift
Only Female can apply

Job Responsibility-

Assisting the in daily tasks, Create calendars, Create mailers.
Preparing Meetings/ Agendas/ Minutes of the Meetings.
Pro-active follow-ups of the action plan discussed in the meetings.

Job Location : Gurugram (Udyog Vihar, Phase -1)
5 Days Working (Saturday and Sunday Off)
Proving Meals
Providing Cab (Location wise)
