Job Description

Candidate should have 3 to 8 years of experience in Recruitment, HR Administration, Employee Engagement, Employee Grievances, Time Office, Leave Management, Grievance handling. Must have excellent communication skills.

Handling plant HR Admin Activities independently
Time Office and Leave Management
Plant Recruitment Activities
Handling Employee Grievances
Statutory Compliances
Handling all company employee engagement activities, functions/ festivals et

Perks and Benefits

Note- Candidates should have weekly one or two days visit , Kedgaon Plant , Dist . Baramati and Bus Route from Pune Shivaji Nagar to Baramati ( Kedgaon plant work weekend one or two days and transport ahe.
