Candidate should have completed Graduation with 1 to 5 years of experience
Should have experience of International BPO
Customer service approach
Should be comfortable with US shifts timings/ 24*7

Technical Support voice process.
Excellent communication skills
Voice Process

Good Troubleshooting experience Network Troubleshooting
Windows OS/ Software Installation,
password reset

Technical bent of mind to isolate a problem quickly
Troubleshooting of desktop/ laptop and gadgets
Email Configuration
