  NTex Transportation Services Pvt. Limited is looking for HR Cum Admin Executive



Job Description

Candidate must have hands-on management of core HR services, coordinating with HRBPs, Engagement team and respective shareholders to drive quality execution of HR Operations, HRIS, Employee exits, Background verification and Payroll functions.

Hands on experience with handling documentation of employees.
Experience in conducting background verification.
Maintain the HRIS and employee documents.
Assisting the onboarding team, and maintaining the documentation during the employee exits
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good listening and decision making skills.
Attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office.
Open to learning new skills and a getter attitude.
Multiple stakeholders managements.
