Java/ Software Engineer   




  Rocket Software Inc. is looking for Java/ Software Engineer



Job Description

Candidate should have Bachelor`s Degree or equivalent with 2+ to 7 years of software engineering experience.
Able to present a track record of software development in the real world.
Mastery of one or more programming languages.

Must have excellent code designing skills.
Ability to write clean, concise, understandable code
Proven working experience in Java development
Experience in building APIs such as REST, others
Experience with SQL Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres) including JDBC
Understanding and experience of code versioning tools, such as Git
Experience with test-driven development
Outstanding quality with few bugs in generated code.

Preferred Qualifications:

Writes code faster than the average developer
Good understanding of the security standards for web and cloud
Experience in implementing secure software component
Experience in encryption for data-in-transit and data-at-rest
