  Offshore Engineering Design & Energy Consultants Pvt. Limited is looking for HR and Account Administrator



Job Description

Candidate must have 2 years total working experience with at least 1 years of experience in recruitment
Should have minimum 1 years experience in the accounting department
Experience in QuickBooks is an advantage.
Working experience with managing HR and Accounting activities
Very thorough, meticulous, and detail-oriented

Roles and Responsibilities-

The HR & Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day HR & Accounting operations.
Approximately 60% of the time would be spent on HR responsibilities and 40% on accounting functions.

Human Resources-

Managing HR and Accounts related work
Manage the recruitment process
Update and maintain employee records
Update insurance coverage for employees
Provide general administrative support
Manage employee`s onboarding & exit activities

Accounting-

Receiving Bills from Vendors entering into the system
Resolve accounting discrepancies
Preparation of various reports and tracking the same in MS Excel
Co-ordination on various other miscellaneous activities
Perform ad-hoc duties when assigned
