Job Description

Candidate must be MBA Graduate with excellent academic track record.
Preferably from manufacturing background with minimum 5 years of experience
Must have excellent in interpersonal communication skills
Should have excellent in presentation skills
Hands on experience in HR domain functions

Can join within 10/15 day or immediately

10. Legal Compliance
11. Payroll, Attendance & Leave Management
12. Insurance
13. Employee Grievance handling
14. Audit
15. End to end Plant HR responsibility
