Job Description

Recruitment & Selection

Ensure implementation of group recruitment policy and carry out recruitment of employees as per manpower plan for all the organization
End to end employee life cycle

Training & Development

Carry out Training need analysis for all plants, business corporate and prepare training schedule and curriculum
Oversee training design, delivery, carrying out training effectiveness evaluation and reporting of training effectiveness to Business Vertical HR Head
Ensure adherence to training man-days as per group guidelines
Associate training management
Performance Management System

Ensure adherence to PMS timelines and timely closing of the same
Payroll Management
Employee engagement
Employee Relations

Female candidate only
Must Have handled the Plant activities.
