  Travix Leisure & Travel is looking for Recruiter/ HR Administrator



Job Description

Candidate should have minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sourcer, Researcher or Talent Acquisition Specialist
Recruitment coordination experience is a must
Experience in sourcing for engineering positions is a big plus
Great knowledge of relevant and creative sourcing tools and methods and good understanding of the global job market and industry trends.

Proactive and able to manage and influence key internal stakeholders
Independent with agile mindset and the ability to adapt easily to change
Ability to work in an international team environment with a high sense of urgency
Excellent English communication skills
Experience using Greenhouse is a plus.

Key Responsibilities-

Manage the entire sourcing process, create and execute strategies to attract the best talent, closely partnering with hiring managers and respective business partners to understand business objectives and recruitment goals
Provide insights and ideas of effective and innovative sourcing channels and act as a trusted advisor to the talent acquisition team and your business partners.

Build and maintain a network of high quality prospect candidates and deliver a top-notch candidate experience
Manage the coordination of the recruitment process, arranging interviews in all stages of the recruitment funnel
Assist when needed with the recruitment of junior and intermediate roles mainly for all business units.
