AICS Consultancy Service Private Limited is looking for HR and Admin Executive

Job Description	Candidate should have a Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Arts, or any other discipline with 6 months to 3.5 years of work experience in similar role. DESIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE: Proficiency with MS Office Good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with HRMS software is a plus. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Overall data maintenance related to human resource management. Leave and attendance management, providing payroll inputs. Maintaining and auditing current employee records, HR files and databases. MIS, reporting, and letters issuance based on requirement. Coordinate HR activities (meetings, training, surveys etc.) Assisting visa immigration process. Assist in planning and arranging events. Support in BGV process. Provide general support as and when required. This is for our MNC client located in Pune.
