  UST BlueConch is looking for PHP/ Software Developer



Job Description

Software Engineers are responsible for reviewing and evaluating all assigned project output and ensuring that all work adheres to standards and best practices while maintaining a high degree of quality. The developer will be a full member of a scrum team and participate in all scrum ceremonies when practicable.

Requirements:

At least 4 to 6 years of experience working with PHP.
Knowledge of MySQL
Working with JavaScript, Ajax, JSON
Experience with React or similar frameworks is a plus.
JavaScript-based front-end development
Writing testable code and unit tests
Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Git or other source code control system
Understanding of Unit Testing and Test-Driven Development
Great problem solver

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Will be a member of a development team and work closely with all team members to ensure high quality efficient output while meeting the needs of the project.
The Software Engineer must abstract requirements to innovate solutions to enhance products within our environment.
Review and evaluate team output to ensure that it adheres to standards and best practices while maintaining a high degree of quality.

Abstract requirements to analyze and design innovative new software solutions for enhancement of the company`s products.
Develop code using best practices and current software patterns.
Follow company`s code standards to fix product issues (bugs)
Ensure code is testable with correspondent unit tests.
Test software solutions thoroughly
May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.

Should be ready to work in client overlapping timings (12:30 - 9:30 PM)
