  Veyola Services Private Limited is looking for Office Administrator (with HR function)



Job Description

We are a start-up and due to the growth of the number now we are looking for Office Administrator who will be responsible for Mumbai office management and assistance in hiring new candidates.

Responsibilities:

Administrative work: document flow (work with invoices, contracts, correspondence), work with contractors and suppliers
Supervision of work in the office, communication with BC
Budgeting
Organization of business trips/ transport
Work with benefices (providing meals, insurance)
Issuance of equipment, assistance in the basic configuration of equipment
Procurement
Organization of corporate parties
Assistance in hiring new employees

Specific Requirements:

Responsibility

Education in HR/Finance (or background)
