Job Description	Candidate must be a Graduate from relevant field Good Communication & interpersonal skills Well versed in Microsoft office Resourceful, self-motivated, planning & organizing Approachable, Adaptable, flexible to support company needs. Roles and Responsibilities- Responsible for entire recruitment process Handling Employee attendance & Leave Management. Organizing Bank account opening to new joinees, organizing printing of business cards, ID cards etc., new Joinee formalities. Co-ordinating for all joining & exit formalities of an employee Handling monthly reports related to HR & Admin Handling Admin & Facility management Co-ordinating for organizing training Programs and data management of all trainings Co-ordinating & following up of all HR Activities like Performance appraisal, Employee Insurance, Trainings etc. Drive all the employee engagement activities of the Company in guidance from HR Head/Director. Assisting HR in preparing probation confirmation or any employee related letters. Awareness emails to employees on various factors in order to engage and connect with the employees. Any new initiatives in order to maintain the environment employee friendly is an added advantage.
