  Physicians Interactive, Inc. is looking for Payroll & HR Administrator



Job Description



The Payroll & HR Administrator is responsible for liaising with business stakeholders and the HRBP to provide accurate and timely payroll processing. You will also be required to work closely with the business and managers and act as a support to the HR team in dealing with any HR related general queries across the whole employee lifecycle.

Payroll & Benefits-

Responsible for the monthly payroll and benefit input, liaising with third party providers.
Responsible for maintaining HR and Payroll systems.
Responsible for facilitating payments of statutory compliances like EPFO, Gratuity, etc. and to coordinate with third party vendors to ensure 100% compliance.
To coordinate with the benefits provider to strategize and implement various insurances, programmes General HR Support/

General HR Support

On-boarding new starters and familiarising them with the policies, handbooks on Day 1 of the employee lifecycle.
To deal with basic queries directly or referring to appropriate member of the team and manage HR ticketing system (ServiceNow) and email inbox.
Production of paperwork including starters, leavers, probations, references, salary increases, contract extensions, promotions, maternity and other ad hoc letters and documents.
Conduct/ facilitate pre-employment reference checks.

To support the maintenance and updating of HR information on the intranet pages.
Be proactive in suggesting ways to improve HR systems/ processes going forward.
Support the HR team with general administration as necessary.
To assist with designated HR projects and administrative support as required.
To show a proactive approach in problem solving and dealing with first line employee queries.

Essential Skills and Experience-

Proven experience of running payroll for a mid to large size company.
Minimum experience in an HR role of 2 years.
Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills.
Experience of using HR Information Systems.
Good knowledge and understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR processes.
A self-starter with initiative, drive and motivation to achieve.
