  Sadup Softech Private Limited is looking for Recruiter/ HR Administrator



Job Description

Person shall be responsible for managing strategies for increasing sales and customer footfall so that there is constant growth of the company in his operational area. She/ He would be responsible for the Administration and Human Resource management and if needed recruitment of fresh human resource as per the needs of the company and shall be single point contact of the company regarding all issues relating to HR management

Executing the joining and on boarding formalities for all the new Joinees by coordinating with various departments for their sitting arrangement, laptop, email id and other requirements.

Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records; obtaining temporary staff from agencies
Providing administrative support to all staff in performing several routine and general functions.
Ensuring manpower availability of 100% at the shop floor (permanent and contingent labour).
As per the requirement of the employees in consultation with the management.
