Person should have good knowledge of software engineering principles. Must be enthusiastic to learn new technologies and doing challenging software development. Good understanding & experience in using Hibernate & Spring frameworks (mandatory). Must be strong in Core Java and OOP.

Contribute in all phases of the development life cycle.
Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
