  Bloombay Enterprises Private Limited is looking for HR & Admin Executive



Job Description



We are looking for an energetic and dynamic person who can help us create a pipeline to fulfill our Manpower Requirements on time. The employee will mainly be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and screening. A break-up of further responsibilities will include

Communicate with internal teams to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals
Define job description and document specifications
Screening resumes and performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Performing reference and background checks
Making recommendations to company hiring managers
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status

Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Staying current on the company`s Organization structure and Department s policy regarding employment practices
Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
Completing timely reports on employment activity

Competencies-

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be agile and a problem-solving attitude to come up with the best possible solution for a given situation
Desire to achieve defined outcomes of an extremely high quality
Ability to manage self, people and maintain strong relationships with key groups
A sense of responsibility and maturity towards the end-to-end recruitment cycle
Attention to detail, prioritization skills and time management
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to coordinate and work with external vendors

Requirements-

Experience in hiring for FMCG/ F&B/ QSR sector will be preferred
Graduation/ MBA in Human Resources
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
Need to have Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
Proven work experience of 2-4 years as an HR Recruiter or similar role
Experience with admin activities like asset and vendor management, office premise management etc.
High level familiarity with MS Office tools i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel
