  Greenovation Projects Private Limited is looking for Back Office Assistant



Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate with 1 to 6 years of experience in Office Assistance, Administrative Support, Proof Reading, Data Entry, Office Coordination. Must have excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities-

Provide clerical and administrative support to Administrative team.
To assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Greet visitors in a professional manner and Provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly.
Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary.
To do cold callings to customers and tenants and follow ups from them.
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.

Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research.
Communicate with public services when necessary.
Mail drafting and Document and office note prepation.
Coordination with office related agencies for documents followup and other work.
Coordination with office staff and work followup from them if any.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.

Salary- 12K to 15K (as per knowledge)
