Technical Support Analyst   




  Alacriti Infosystems Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Analyst



Job Description

Candidate should have hands on programming experience in Core Java, J2EE (most have learned Java in an institute or through online platform). Hands on experience in HTML, CSS & JavaScript. Any experience in shell scripting, awk, sed, perl, python will be an added advantage.

Knowledge on Linux is preferable
Should be well versed with Application servers.
Familiarity with XML and related technologies.
Hands on experience in SQL and any DB.
Must have strong debugging skills.

Roles & Responsibilities-

Troubleshoot issues pro-actively through configuration settings or by escalating and coordinating with other internal teams.
De-bug issues/errors by running through logs and code, and alert concerned teams.
Monitor the various processes of the system in Production and Sandbox environments.
Work on the production tickets concerning clients and resolve them.
Perform client on-boarding activities and interact with client teams for technical
integrations.

Interact with various teams and provide status updates in a timely manner.

Who can apply: You must be a B.Tech Graduate and should have learned Java through an institute (or) from an online platform. You should have hands on practice. You should be ready to work in rotating shifts Others aspirants can ignore.

Note: This job has rotating shifts and is more suitable to male applicants.
