Job Description
|
Candidate should have 1 to 3 years experience in Support environment (handling issues and working with clients). Should have experience in Windows Server Administration/ Active Directory/ Backups & Storage Knowledge on Windows issues monitoring and troubleshooting. Must have excellent communication skills
Should have basic knowledge on;
Windows Server 2008/ 2012 Backups & Disaster Recovery/ Backup Technologies SQL/ SQL backups Networking Storage components
Job Responsibilities-
Interact with customers to help troubleshoot and resolve highly complex product problems or issues. Diagnose and resolve complex customer questions or problems over the telephone/Internet in the areas of system configurations/setup, product functionality, and bugs/enhancements. Stay abreast of current technology in products, design changes, and new products offered. Demonstrable experience of working effectively with Clients, Internal teams to resolve issues. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with minimal resources. Ready to work in shifts / On Call if required.
Cab facility & Shift allowances will be provided.
