Job Description

Candidate should have good knowledge of various selection process and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as telephonic, Teams and personal. Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities-

Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
