  Birdres Technologies Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Executive



Job Description

We are looking to hire `Technical Support Executive at Cyber City, Gurgaon (Client site) and Connaught Place Delhi (Company`s location)

Minimum Qualification: 10+2/ Diploma Certificate course In Computers Hardware maintenance would be desire as additional qualification.
Minimum Experience of 1 year of Experience in Field of Maintenance of Hardware and Software of Computers.
Freshers who have done certification courses in Hardware and Networking from institutes like Jetking, Aptech, NIIT etc may also apply
Preferable candidate staying in Gurgaon as 24X7 shift timing.

Roles and Responsibilities-

Executive Technical Support is responsible for providing Technical Support at subscriber location. The Executive has to ensure user at subscriber location should not get any Technical problems and if they face Technical problem then he has to close in minimum timeframe. Responsible for all type of S/W, H/W and Networking Installation.

Interview Date: 4th and 5th January 2022
Time: 10 AM to 1 PM
