Technical Support Representative   




  Startek (Aegis CSS Private Limited) is looking for Technical Support Representative



Job Description



Candidate should have minimum Educational Qualification 10+2 (No Backlogs)
Minimum 8 months to 1 year experience Technical support
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
Must have excellent Interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Windows/ Linux/ Mac OS will be preferred.
Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.

Key Responsibilities-

Handle inbound/ outbound customer interactions across voice, chat, or email channels.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to products, software, hardware, applications, or network connectivity.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and professional manner.
Escalate complex issues to Level 2/Level 3 support teams as needed.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs).
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with new technical features and updates.
Meet performance metrics such as CSAT, AHT, FCR, and quality scores.
