Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Fluency in English, Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
Flexibility to work in different shifts, including nights and weekends.

Roles & Responsibilities-

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication
Document and track customer interactions and resolutions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries
Stay updated with product knowledge and customer service best practices
