Job Description	Candidate should have a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline 4+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 12 years in a lead role Certified ISTQB Foundation Level; Advanced Test Manager certification is a strong plus Experience designing and executing test strategies in a structured environment Strong knowledge of test lifecycle management, defect handling, and test reporting. Practical experience with test automation tools and integration into CI/ CD (e.g. GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) Familiarity with JIRA, Zephyr/ Xray, or similar tools Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Ability to work autonomously and proactively manage quality topics in a distributed setup Understanding of software development practices (e.g., Git, branching, DevOps culture) Nice-to-have Skills- Experience in Agile and Hybrid development environments Exposure to regulatory domains (e.g., ISO standards, SPICE, GxP, etc.) Knowledge in non-functional testing (performance, security, usability) Prior experience in managing offshore/ nearshore QA teams Job Responsibilities- Lead the test team in BCS with a strong focus on ownership and initiative Develop and implement test strategies and concepts based on ISTQB best practices Coordinate and execute all levels of testing (system, integration, acceptance) Define test objectives and maintain structured test documentation Introduce and maintain automated test procedures and ensure integration with CI/CD pipelines Collaborate closely with DevOps, software development, and product teams Track and report test progress using appropriate metrics and KPIs Manage defects and ensure clear communication between test and dev teams Promote quality assurance as an integral part of the development cycle Provide mentoring, guidance, and hands-on support to testers Contribute to continuous improvement and lessons-learned processes
