Job Description

We are hiring for HR Executive (PF & Compliance Expert) for Hanu Software (Greater Noida) location.

Education Qualifications: - MBA (HR)- Mandatory
Work Experience: - 6 Months to 1 Year
Job Type: - Full Time

Candidate should have minimum 6 months experience in HR (PF & Compliance) is required.
No Internship experience would be calculated in this 6 Months.

Job Responsibility-

Maintaining 360 degree performance appraisal cycle
Expertise with HR Compliances (Mandatory)
Consolidation, analysis and presentation in a summarized way
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
Maintain employee files and records
Taking care for PF challans & compliances
Assist in implementing the employee engagement activities
PF & ESIC Clearance
Performance Management System
