Job Description
|
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidate.
Roles and Responsibilities-
Managing end to end recruitment
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Sourcing Potential candidates from Job board
Screen candidates to evaluate if they meet the position requirement
Taking telephonic and preliminary round of interview.
End to End follow-ups with the candidate
Engaging with candidates/ offer management/ pre-onboardings
Candidate must have excellent communication and Interaction skills.
