  Capgemini Technology Services India Ltd. is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description



As a Tech Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. You ll work closely with internal teams and clients to troubleshoot issues, manage IT services, and ensure smooth operations across platforms and applications.

Qualification/ Experience-

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
4 to 6 years of experience in technical support or IT service management.
Strong understanding of web development, data management, and ITIL practices.
Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Role & Responsibility-

Provide customer support and incident management for IT systems and services.
Manage and troubleshoot web applications and frameworks including AngularJS and HTML.
Support CRM systems and ensure smooth client management processes.
Implement ITIL-based service management practices.
Handle data formats, file formats, and data processing tasks.
Ensure compliance with industrial standards and security protocols.
Collaborate with teams to support change management and IT operations.
Utilize WITSML and XML for data exchange and integration.
Maintain and develop websites and web applications.
Support users and manage service requests effectively.
