As a Senior Software Engineer B2 you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining software solutions using SQL Server C# ASP .NET Core Web API SQL Azure and .Net Framework. You will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing our systems ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
Candidate must possess a strong understanding of SQL Server C# and .Net Framework with proven experience in software development.
Demonstrate expertise in Azure cloud services and their application in software solutions.
Exhibit proficiency in SQL for database management and optimization.
Have experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain which is a valuable asset.
Show excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Display strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
Responsibilities-
Design and develop robust software applications using SQL Server C# and .Net Framework to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Implement and maintain cloud-based solutions using Azure to enhance system scalability and performance.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity through effective SQL query design and management.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain code quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development practices.
Document software designs technical specifications and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all software development activities.
Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for software engineering within the team.
Support the integration of new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and effectiveness.
