Job Description

Candidate must have full time hands-on tech expertise for close to 2 years on atleast a couple of technologies/ solutions mentioned below:

Endpoint security/ Antivirus: Broadcom (Earlier Symantec)/ TrendMicro/ Crowdstrike/ Mcafee
Firewall: Fortigate/ Checkpoint / Cisco
Network monitoring tools: Manage Engine OpManage/ Solarwinds Orion/ Microsoft SCOM
Endpoint management: Manage Engine Desktop Central/ Asset Explorer/ Microsoft SCCM/ Solarwinds
Virtualisation: VMware/ Nutanix
Networking CISCO Switching & Routing

Roles and Responsibilities-

Adhere to a continuous learning process and develop skill sets on various solutions
Assist customers in carrying out Demos/ proof of concepts/ implementation of solutions
Provide technical support in resolving issues faced by customer using remote/ telephonic/ onsite support
Coordinate between customer and OEM teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
Understand customer requirements and configure solutions to address the expectations
Provided extended support to customers during non-office hours and weekends
Adhere to the documentation practise followed by the organisation in updating the tasks on daily basis
